Stacey Garrett, CPA
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner
Stacey has three decades of dedication in the field of accounting. As a Certified Public Accountant, she has honed her expertise across both audit and tax domains, serving a diverse clientele that includes individuals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. Born in New York, raised in California and living in Colorado since 1996, Stacey has been an active CPA and shareholder in the town of Parker since 2017 where she has been a trusted advisor, helping businesses thrive and individuals navigate complex financial landscapes.
Stacey’s desk might be clean, but her real talent lies in organizing financial chaos. She streamlines processes, ensuring that every detail aligns seamlessly. Stacey has a client-centric passion and listens intently, understands client’s unique needs, and crafts financial strategies that empower them to thrive. Stacey holds a B.S. in Accounting from California Lutheran University. Her academic foundation, combined with decades of practical experience, enable her to stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.
When she’s not crunching numbers, you’ll find Stacey with her nose buried in a good book. She’s an avid reader, always seeking fresh perspectives. Additionally, her kitchen is her sanctuary, where she immerses herself in cooking. Stacey enjoys traveling with her family, which has been known to include lengthy road trips.

Travis Garrett
Chief Operating Officer, Co-Owner and Practice Manager
Travis brings over 30 years of experience in the automotive and financial services sectors. His expertise spans credit and financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, personal and commercial lending, marketing, business development, and business expansion. This extensive background complements the firm’s vision of providing big firm expertise within a small firm environment.
Travis holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands and a B.S. in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a certified facilitator of Franklin Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”
Since 1997, Travis has called Parker, CO home, where he and his wife Stacey have raised their family. In his free time, Travis enjoys travelling, exploring Colorado’s great outdoors, barbequing and smoking different meats and vegetables on his Kamado Joe grill, and perfecting and expanding his mixologist knowledge beyond bourbon-based drinks and his neighborhood famous from scratch margaritas. Travis also supports Air Force Academy Athletics and cheering on the Air Force Falcons football team at Falcon Stadium each fall. He is also an avid fan of the Colorado Avalanche and Denver Broncos, plus a few other NHL and NFL teams we won’t mention here since we are a Colorado firm!
Gabbie Romano, CPA
Tax and Accounting Manager
Gabbie is a Certified Public Accountant with nearly two decades of experience in accounting. Before joining Garrett & Associates CPA, LLC, she worked in both public accounting and industry, gaining extensive expertise across various areas of accounting.
Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Gabbie now calls Colorado home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of Denver and her Master’s in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver.
Outside of accounting, Gabbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, listening to live music, and being outdoors. She is passionate about health and nutrition, is an avid traveler, and loves animals.
Marco Rodas, CPA
TAX SPECIALIST
Marco has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, both in the public and private sector. He has worked as a contributor, manager and controller in different industries like Food and Beverage, Manufacturing and Telecommunication.
Marco has maintained his CPA license active throughout his career and in 2022, received his master’s in business administration from California State University Los Angeles. He served in the US Air Force, applying integrity, discipline, and dedication to everything he does. Marco has volunteered at P.A.T.H (People Assisting The Homeless) and at the Los Angeles Food Bank.
Tyffani Sneddon
Accounting and tax specialist
Tyffani lives in Colorado with her husband, two children, and their mini goldendoodle. She enjoys exercising and treasures time spent with her family. Tyffani has extensive experience with both small business accounting and a variety of tax preparation. Tyffani earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and her master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Denver.
Alex Klindt
Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant
Alex, currently pursuing her accounting degree, plays a vital role in our client-facing operations as the welcoming presence in our office. Her commitment to expanding her accounting knowledge is complemented by her dedication to client satisfaction. Outside the office, Alex enjoys the outdoors through volunteering at a family ranch, fishing in Colorado’s lakes and rivers, and engaging in her passion project of restoring a vintage 1976 Chevy Scottsdale. She also finds enjoyment in reading and exploring new culinary creations.
Cati Meinberg
Administrative Assistant
Cati is a Colorado Native and a Parker local. She is an experienced administrative assistant in accounting, committed to excellent professional support for clients and staff. Cati enjoys learning new skills and assisting in any way possible. Cati also has a background in the medical, education, and real estate worlds, if she does not know the answer to your question, she will help find it. Outside of the office, Cati enjoys exploring, hiking, biking, snowboarding, and all the amazing activities the Colorado outdoors has to offer with her husband, daughter, and husky!
Holly Garrett
Marketing Assistant
Holly has played a crucial role in the establishment of our firm, most notably through her creation and design of our company logo and colors. She also contributes her talents by generating content for our social media pages and assisting in marketing efforts as we embark on a period of business growth.
Holly is scheduled to graduate from the University of Northern Colorado in the Spring of 2026, where she is majoring in Marketing. She has been recognized for her academic excellence with the Dean’s Citation, maintaining a GPA above 3.75 for all three years of attending. Holly is also an active member of the Sigma Kappa sorority, serving as Vice President of Event Management. Upon graduation, Holly plans to pursue a career in social media marketing.
